Set commercial terms for new client mandates, ensuring that new opportunities meet revenue and return hurdles. Ongoing relationship management for the existing client base. Senior point of escalation within the FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) businessIn conjunction with internal risk management groups, oversee the overall risk profile of the FXPB business Americas. Business review and sign-off for commercial points within the legal documentation (International Swaps and Derivates Association, Inc./ Credit Support Annex, FX Prime Brokerage agreement)Financial Resource Management – ongoing review of the revenue and return metrics to ensure clients are priced sustainably. Ongoing initiatives in order to minimize costsOperational Risk Management – Provide oversight to the operations team to minimize operational riskProduct Development – Drive the implementation of new enhancements to the FX Prime Brokerage platform to ensure regulatory complianceReview Business Requirements Documents to ensure the proposed implementation meets the expectations of the Business and its clientsSkills You’ll NeedExtensive experience in product expertise and a strong understanding of the FX Prime Brokerage industryClient facing experience, including dealing with major US hedge fundsGood understanding of the FX business and FX markets more generallyThe skills to solve complex business problemsKnowledge of Listed Derivatives, cOTC and the general prime landscape and productsProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputsSkills That Will Help You ExcelA team player with strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and multi-cultural understandingAble to multi-task different projects and prioritize against tight deadlinesAn excellent verbal and written communicator paired with strong presentation skillsWilling and able to travel occasionallyLimited ability to work from homeExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 - $190,000.
