Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the team, you will:

  • Working across client and delivery teams to design and build model-driven apps using Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules, commands, and dashboards
  • Translating business requirements into data models, solution components, and user experiences aligned to standards and reuse
  • Configuring and extending Dataverse (tables, relationships, column types, validation, calculated/rollup columns) and implementing security (roles, teams, business units, field security)
  • Designing process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows and Desktop), including approvals, integrations, notifications, and exception handling
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via connectors, APIs, and custom integration patterns
  • Establishing and promoting development standards: solution layering, environment strategy, naming conventions, ALM, and deployment pipelines
  • Supporting testing and quality practices: unit/system testing, defect triage, performance tuning, and release readiness
  • Participating in design and code reviews (including Power Fx, JavaScript where applicable, and plugin/workflow approaches), ensuring maintainability and security
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify modernization opportunities and roadmap enhancements (e.g., legacy app replacement, workflow digitization, case management)
  • Creating and maintaining documentation: solution design, data model, security model, and operational runbooks
  • Contributing to knowledge-sharing-reusable components, patterns, accelerators, and internal community of practice assets

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building Power Apps, with 1+ years focused on model-driven apps
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse data modeling and security design
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (cloud flows), including error handling and integration scenarios
  • 1+ years experience designing solutions to address client requirements, including data, security, and non-functional requirements (performance, auditability, supportability)
  • 1+ years experience working in an Agile delivery environment (backlog, user stories, sprint ceremonies)
  • 1+ years experience understanding of ALM concepts for Power Platform (solutions, managed/unmanaged, environment promotion, deployment practices)
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) 
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
