Job description

Benefits:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Employee discounts
  • Flexible schedule

(Part-Time / Freelance)
Company: The Fuzion Hair Studio
Location: Smyrna, GA (On-site / Hybrid)
About Us: The Fuzion Hair Studio, located in the heart of Smyrna, is a professional salon dedicated to top-tier hair care, specializing in everything from chemical services and color melting to custom braiding. We are looking for a scrappy, TikTok-obsessed marketing professional to help us grow our local client base and showcase the incredible work of our salon team.
The Role: We are seeking a creative, grassroots marketer whose absolute playground is TikTok. You know how to get results without relying on massive ad spends, and your primary goal is lead generation—getting new clients in the chair through viral, organic social media strategies and local community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok-First Content Creation: Serve as the lead content creator for the salon. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, trendy transitions, and process videos featuring our stylists (like Ryli, Courtnee, and Brianna) and our in-house braider, Micalah.
  • Organic Lead Generation: Develop and execute creative, zero-to-low-cost marketing strategies specifically designed to convert TikTok viewers into paying, local salon clients.
  • Platform Management & Growth: Manage our TikTok account daily (and cross-post to Instagram Reels), actively engaging with followers, jumping on relevant audio trends, and utilizing local hashtags to capture the Metro Atlanta/Smyrna audience.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with neighboring Smyrna businesses, coordinate local partnerships, and represent the salon at community events to bridge the gap between our digital presence and our physical storefront.
  • Business Profile Optimization: Ensure our Google Business Profile and overall digital footprint are optimized to capture the search traffic generated from our social media buzz.
Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio or proven track record of growing a TikTok account, specifically for a local business, service provider, or brand.
  • A "hustler" mentality—you know how to stretch a dollar and maximize ROI on a tight budget using purely organic reach.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty/salon industry and what specific types of content drive client bookings.
  • Local to the Smyrna/Metro Atlanta area with the ability to visit the studio regularly to film the team in action.
Bonuses  based on performance

Flexible work from home options available.
