About the role
Lead engineering excellence as an Engineering Manager, driving capital projects, optimizing production processes, and ensuring seamless plant operations. In this dynamic leadership role, you'll partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, manage budgets, and deliver innovative solutions that improve safety, reliability, and performance. You'll oversee regulatory compliance, utilities management, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing and coaching a high-performing engineering team. Your responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering functions, including capital planning, budgeting, and execution of improvement projects.
  • Analyze production and facility challenges, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Coordinate engineering activities with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and utility performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality systems, and environmental requirements while serving as the primary contact for external agencies.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the engineering team, driving performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 8+ years of project engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in managing engineering projects from concept through implementation and ongoing support.
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments, including knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO standards, SOPs, GMP).
  • Demonstrated familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, FDA).
  • This role is not currently offering VISA sponsorship.

US salary ranges
USD $122,000.00 - $150,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
