As a Merchandising Intern, you'll work closely with the Merchant team to support product analysis, reporting, and market research. This role provides hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, helping you develop a strong understanding of merchandising strategy and the furniture industry at Four Hands.
This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.
In This Role
  • Assist Merchant Team with audits on new and existing information including costing, pricing, dimensions, fabric, and site information in various internal systems
  • Work closely with Merchant team on ad hoc reporting and presentations for both internal and external deliverables
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to help with process improvements related to Merchandising, Product Development, Product Data, Buying & Planning
  • Perform research and analysis of market competitor's assortments and pricing as designated by Merchant team
  • Support in analyzing current and future trends in the furniture industry to help inform Four Hands product strategy
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
