Job description

About One Call Now
One Call Now by Crisis24 is a leading communications platform that helps organizations instantly connect with employees, members, parents, volunteers, customers, and community stakeholders through voice, text, email, and mobile notifications.
One Call Now is evolving from a traditional B2B sales model toward a more scalable digital sales and self-service buying experience. To support that shift, we are investing in sales-owned revenue strategies, customer acquisition processes, and buying experiences that expand market reach, increase recurring revenue, and convert more prospects into paying customers. The Digital Sales & Revenue Growth Manager will help Sales build the foundation for this next phase of growth by improving the revenue funnel, strengthening lead-to-customer conversion, and preparing One Call Now for future DTC growth.
Location: Annapolis, MD preferred; open to remote candidates based in the United States.
Who We Are Looking For
The Digital Sales & Revenue Growth Manager is a Sales team role responsible for both strategy and direct revenue generation. This person will help build the sales-side strategy for digital sales, self-service purchasing, and future DTC growth while also actively working qualified leads, converting prospects into paying customers, and contributing to new recurring revenue.
This is not a marketing support or sales enablement-only position. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations, this person will own Sales-driven initiatives that improve lead quality, purchase readiness, funnel visibility, and conversion to paid customers, while personally engaging prospects and moving opportunities through the sales process. The ideal candidate brings sales-oriented business judgment, strong analytical skills, and hands-on selling ability, with clear accountability for measurable revenue outcomes.
What You'll Work On
Lead the Sales-Owned Shift from B2B to Digital and Self-Service Revenue
  • Own the sales-side roadmap for moving from a traditional B2B sales model toward digital sales, self-service purchasing, and future DTC readiness.
  • Define the revenue processes, funnel stages, handoffs, and customer experiences needed to support scalable customer acquisition.
  • Improve qualified lead flow, sales funnel visibility, lead-to-customer conversion, and the movement from digital interest to direct sales engagement, quote, purchase, or close.
  • Actively work assigned qualified leads, engage prospects, assess needs, guide purchase decisions, and convert opportunities into paying customers.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the buying journey, reduce manual friction, and make it easier for prospects to become paying customers.
  • Continue strengthening the current B2B sales motion while building the foundation for future self-service and DTC growth.

Drive Revenue Funnel Performance and Conversion
  • Use sales, customer, and funnel data to identify where prospects stall and recommend actions to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Track performance across qualified lead volume, funnel conversion, purchase readiness, self-service adoption, and new recurring revenue growth.
  • Partner with Marketing on demand-generation support while ensuring Sales owns the strategy for qualification, conversion, and revenue follow-through.
  • Manage assigned digital or inbound sales opportunities through follow-up, qualification, quote support, purchase guidance, and close.
  • Present funnel performance, revenue insights, risks, and recommended next steps to Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Will Bring
Required
  • 3-7+ years of experience in sales growth, digital sales, revenue operations, customer acquisition, sales funnel optimization, ecommerce sales, product-led growth, or related revenue-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated success in a revenue-generating sales role, including working qualified leads, managing opportunities, converting prospects into customers, and contributing to sales or revenue targets.
  • Experience improving customer acquisition, conversion rates, sales funnel performance, self-service revenue growth, or digital sales programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales, funnel, customer, and revenue data into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, ecommerce, or sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead Sales-driven initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, strong sales orientation, hands-on selling ability, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription-based businesses, sales-led growth, ecommerce sales, product-led growth, self-service buying models, or DTC environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, digital commerce tools, and sales enablement systems.
  • Experience supporting customer acquisition, revenue growth, and funnel conversion across multiple customer segments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales growth, revenue transformation, or go-to-market transformation environment.

Success in This Role
Within the first 12-18 months, success will be measured by:
  • Growth in new customer acquisition
  • Improved qualified lead volume and sales funnel visibility
  • Higher lead-to-customer conversion rates
  • Increased new recurring revenue from digital and sales-assisted channels
  • Achievement of assigned sales, revenue, and/or commissionable performance goals
  • Improved purchase readiness and reduced friction in the buying journey
  • Progress toward self-service purchasing and future DTC readiness
  • Lower customer acquisition costs where measurable
  • Expanded market penetration across target customer segments
  • Improved reporting on funnel performance, sales outcomes, and revenue growth metrics

Why Join One Call Now?
This is an opportunity to help Sales shape the next phase of growth for an established and trusted brand with significant untapped market potential. You will play a meaningful role in strengthening the current B2B sales motion, expanding customer acquisition, and building the digital sales and self-service capabilities needed to support scalable revenue growth.
