POSITION OVERVIEW
The Admissions Outreach Recruiter at Shepherds College is responsible for growing the top of the enrollment funnel by increasing awareness, generating qualified leads, and building strategic relationships that support enrollment growth for Shepherds College. This role serves as the front-end recruiter for the Admissions team, focusing primarily on outreach, travel, partnerships, and lead generation rather than the operational responsibilities of the admissions process.
This position offers potential for hybrid or remote work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan designed to increase inquiry volume and expand the top of the enrollment funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks with schools, churches, nonprofits, agencies, alumni, and families connected to the disability community.
  • Ensure qualified leads are clearly and efficiently handed off to the Admissions Counselors for continued nurturing, application support, and enrollment processing.
  • Track and report key recruitment performance indicators, including lead volume, source effectiveness, event outcomes, partnership development, and conversion to next-step engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, partnership development, ministry
    engagement, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work with flexibility around recruitment events and key
    outreach opportunities.
