As a New Business Development Representative, you will be a pioneer in identifying and cultivating sustainable market opportunities. We are looking for a strategic contributor who can guide complex negotiations and steward high-value customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnership. In this role, you will facilitate technical and commercial solutions that directly advance our customers' success. You will act as a supportive mentor to junior team members, nurturing their growth while optimizing a broad portfolio of strategic accounts.

  • Analyze market positions, competitors' databases, and emerging trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and pioneering development plans.

  • Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Nurture contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies.

  • Develop collaborative marketing activities and materials.

  • Understand customer needs to develop technical and commercial solutions.

  • Facilitate the decision-making process and prepare thoughtful project proposals.

  • Guide negotiations to reach mutually beneficial contractual agreements.

  • Provide supportive guidance during project execution.
