Our programs include SBA Loans, Asset Based Loans, Account Receivable Factoring/Financing, Revenue Based Financing, etc...
 
 -This is an in-office role, not remote**         
 -Entry level role (1-3 years experience)                                                                                                                                                                                   -Speaking Spanish is a plus, but not required
 
Essential Duties of the Collections Technician include:
  • Work closely with collections manager, sales and operations teams regarding client accounts 
  • Tactful account confidentiality 
  • Proactively manage multiple accounts 
  • Analyze business financials thoroughly according to established procedures 
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls daily to resolve outstanding balances to minimize aging accounts 
  • Manage client communications and provide accurate account details and information with an elevated level of professionalism and integrity
  • Negotiate payment plans while maintaining excellent customer service 
  • Monitor payment plan and ensure commitments are honored 
  • Partner cross- functionally to resolve issues impacting payment timelines 

Knowledge & Qualifications:
  • Work “athlete” - someone who is coach-able, innovative, focused and adaptable
  • Self-motivated, organized and excellent follow-up discipline with attention to detail
  • Solutions oriented approach 
  • Basic computer skills: Excel, Gmail 
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Desire to crush collecting goals while balancing firmness with professionalism 
  • Resourceful, able to prioritize and problem solve 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment along side management teams 
  • Prior experience in customer service, collections, or business finance is a plus
