Job description

ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Functional Consultant to support procurement operations and system enhancements within an SAP S/4 HANA environment. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement procurement functionalities aligned with best practices.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and support SAP S/4 HANA Procurement modules including MM (Materials Management)PurchasingVendor Management, and Invoice Verification.
  • Lead workshops, testing cycles (UnitSITUAT), and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement processes and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
  • Provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support to end users.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Procurement and Materials Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations or support projects.
  • Expertise in Purchase RequisitionPurchase OrderSource ListRelease StrategyVendor Master, and Inventory Management.
  • Experience with integration to Finance (FI) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX for the full duration of the contract.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be able to work and travel without restriction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated industries such as life sciencesmanufacturing, or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with AribaSAP Fiori apps, or SAP Business Network.
