Job Description Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to support technology and business teams in delivering digital campaigns, regional website initiatives, and email product execution. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery activities, improve operational processes, and ensure successful execution of customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile technology or digital delivery environments.

Responsibilities/skills: Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams to successfully deliver digital campaigns, website updates, and email-related initiatives. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while maintaining clear visibility through tracking tools such as Jira. Create and maintain Agile user stories, requirements documentation, status reports, meeting recaps, and delivery trackers.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, translate technical concepts for business audiences, and serve as a proactive point of contact across teams. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and implement repeatable efficiencies across delivery teams. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, digital delivery, or similar environment.

Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to proactively manage relationships and provide clear project updates. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, and Microsoft Office.
