- Follow established PMO standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and project artifacts.

- Track project health indicators including scope, schedule, risks, budget impacts, and dependency management.
- Assist with portfolio reporting and visibility for executive leadership.
4. Business Process & Change Management Support
- Partner with stakeholders to document current-state processes, business requirements, and future-state solutions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Support change management activities including communication planning, training coordination, and adoption monitoring.
- Ensure operational ownership and sustainability plans are established before project closure.
5. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate activities with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners as needed.
- Monitor project deliverables and commitments from third-party partners.
- Escalate concerns appropriately to maintain project timelines and expected outcomes.

- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Preferred
- Experience supporting operational, technology, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within staffing, professional services, healthcare, logistics, or multi-location organizations.
- PMP, CAPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or related project management certifications.
- Exposure to change management and business process improvement methodologies.
