In this role, you'll serve as aย project leader and subject matter expertย responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the healthcare information systems that power our organization.
This position partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate real-world healthcare needs into effective system solutions. You will help ensure our application systems are functional, integrated, and continuously improving - ultimately supporting caregivers in delivering outstanding patient care.

What You'll Do

Application Support & Optimization
ย Provide high-quality customer service and end-user support, including configuring applications, building system tables/dictionaries, creating user access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation across our entire HCM system.
ย Monitor service requests and system functionality, identify problems and root causes, and lead efforts to resolve issues and improve system performance.
ย Collaborate with end users to implement, optimize, and maintain application systems and content.

Project Management & Implementation
ย Serve as project manager for the implementation, support, and integration of healthcare information systems.
ย Participate in system planning, design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities.
ย Manage work plans, timelines, and project tasks while coordinating with users, vendors, and leadership.
ย Facilitate project teams and guide decision-making across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Systems Integration & Workflow Improvement
ย Translate clinical and operational needs into functional system requirements.
ย Serve as liaison between end users and software vendors.
ย Assist with development of system interfaces, workflow design, table mapping, and specification development.
ย Conduct integrated system testing and apply quality management principles to ensure system reliability.

Continuous Improvement
ย Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and issue management skills.
ย Support change management and production system updates.
ย Stay current with healthcare technology trends and pursue professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of one of the following:
ย Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Health Information Technology, or related field, OR
ย 5+ years of healthcare IT or related industry experience
ย Experience with Human Capital Management
ย Current Oracle Fusion certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
ย Demonstrated project management experience, including implementation of software application systems
ย Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
ย Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
ย Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
ย Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
ย Solid understanding of personal computers and common software applications (such as Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications:
ย Experience working with hospital or clinic application systems
ย Experience with Workday and/or Oracle Fusion
ย Experience supporting HR systems software application implementation and optimization. Recruiting, HCM, Staffing/Scheduling, and payroll module experience preferred.
ย Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee records retention. ย Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the system meets organizational needs and goals.
ย Familiarity with database structures, reporting tools, or data management systems. Prior Integration, XLST, REST, SOAP knowledge preferred.
ย Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations
