Job Description Construction Project Manager Position Overview: E-Solutions located in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with expertise in clean room environments to join our dynamic team. As a leading pharmaceutical construction company, we specialize in the design and construction of state-of-the-art facilities that adhere to the highest industry standards. Client Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays Duties/Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful project execution.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives on time and within budget. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clean room construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO cleanliness classifications and FDA cGMP guidelines.
Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial accountability to maximize project profitability. Safety and Risk Management: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of all project stakeholders, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
