Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Director of Operations at our Euclid, Ohio facility.

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including capital investments, manufacturing process improvements, facility upgrades, operational initiatives, and strategic business projects. The Project Manager will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, results-driven leader who thrives in manufacturing environments and enjoys turning ideas into measurable business results.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, startup, and project closeout 
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk assessments, and project documentation 
  • Manage capital equipment installations, facility improvements, manufacturing optimization projects, and operational initiatives 
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution 
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks 
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency 
  • Provide regular project updates and performance reporting to the Director of Operations and executive leadership 
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility 
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, engineering specifications, environmental regulations, and project management best practices

  • 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment 
  • Experience leading capital projects, equipment installations, facility expansions, or manufacturing process improvements 
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management 
  • Experience working with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred 
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, ERP systems, and other project management software preferred
