You will report to the Manager of Project Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluates project performance and identifies improvement opportunities.
  • Manages mid-sized customer projects with moderate complexity, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develops detailed project schedules, identifies critical path activities, and adjusts plans as needed.
  • Monitors risks, issues, and changes and recommends options to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Facilitates collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Installation, and Supply Chain throughout the project.
  • Communicates project status, key decisions, and progress to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintains project budgets, identifies variances, and supports corrective actions.
  • Ensures technical and project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Leads coordination of equipment readiness, logistics, and installation planning.
  • Prepares project reports, summaries, and closeout documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience managing technical projects related to manufacturing, installation, field service, or construction
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects of up to $100K
  • Experience managing financial and project timelines
  • Experience working with installation, production, engineering and customers to ensure project goals are met
  • Must be authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship
  • Must be willing to travel 25% to support project deliverables at customer sites planned throughout the year
  • Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite/2 days remote
