We are a global leader in fire, security, and communication integration solutions, serving enterprise, healthcare, education, government, data center, and retail industries. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure milestones are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and monitor performance using appropriate tools and systems
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, responding promptly to minimize impact on timelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; conduct quality checks on all deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, schedules, and change orders; prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives
