As a Functional Architecture Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a trusted advisor in the analysis, definition, and evolution of business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic and technology directions.
  • Design, document, and recommend functional and system solutions tailored to the needs of internal clients, while considering sustainability, performance, security, and integration within the existing ecosystem.
  • Define and structure business requirements, functional rules, data transformation rules, interfaces, reports, and dashboards required to deliver effective solutions.
  • Analyze the functional, operational, and system impacts of proposed changes, and prepare and present recommendations and solution scenarios to diverse audiences.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business sectors, delivery teams, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure a shared understanding of challenges, priorities, and solutions.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new applications, features, and technology capabilities, oversee testing strategies, and support users in validating and adopting solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technology transformation initiatives, ensure the quality of functional deliverables, and provide functional leadership or product ownership when required.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Functional Architect in the accounting field.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of ERP solutions, preferably Oracle, within a financial environment, as well as a solid understanding of accounting processes.
  • Excels in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Possesses an excellent command of French and an intermediate level of English, as the incumbent will be required to analyze and prepare reports in English, as well as collaborate with English-speaking partners on a daily basis.
