This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to gather the information needed to produce documentation, as well as a solid understanding of mechanical, electronic, firmware, and software business processes and the technologies involved.

Developer Support

  • Clarify specifications, answer technical questions, and collaborate on necessary adjustments based on technical constraints.
  • Act as a convergence point between functional needs and technical realities (power consumption, performance, hardware limitations, firmware behavior).

Testing & Validation

  • Collaborate with the quality team to define functional tests and validate results.
  • Contribute to defining acceptance criteria that objectively determine the completion of a deliverable or development milestone.

Post‑Production Follow‑Up

  • Provide functional support after solution deployment and propose continuous improvements based on user feedback analysis.
  • Analyze field feedback on physical products (reliability, installation experience, real-world usage) to inform future iterations.
