Job description

Job Description: Location: This position requires the candidate to be onsite 50% of the time in the Bothell, WA location. What You’ll Do: Configure and support SAP MM processes including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, goods receipt, stock transfers, and invoice verification Own and support Ariba processes across procurement and inventory operations (Includes the invoice process) Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting Ariba system, integration processes, and MM modules Support FI/CO applications including Ariba to FI integration, Accounts Payable, and Controlling functions Integration & Technical Collaboration: Support integration across SAP and external systems using IDocs, EDI, RFCs, and middleware (PI/PO or equivalent) Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams on enhancements, reports, and interfaces Participate in testing, system improvements, and SAP upgrades Business Analysis & Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document requirements and system gaps Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications Act as liaison between business teams and ERP/IT to align on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines Design and implement SAP solutions using standard configuration where possible Project Support: Support and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing with documentation Assist with end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer Participate in SAP enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency Required Qualifications: 5+ years of SAP functional experience with strong focus on MM and Ariba in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and Ariba Good to have Utility industry experience Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience working with ABAP and integration teams Pay Range: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
