What does a functional business process analyst do?

A Functional Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes within an organization. They work closely with different departments to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and develop solutions that improve workflow and productivity. Ultimately, they help ensure that business operations run smoothly and align with organizational goals.

How does a functional business process analyst typically collaborate with stakeholders to improve organizational workflows?

A Functional Business Process Analyst works closely with stakeholders across departments to map, analyze, and optimize existing business processes.
