SCHEDULE:

Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation

*This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.*

PAY & BENEFITS:

Annual salary starting at $90,000-$95,000 based on work experience, plus strong annual bonus structure

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Anchor Bay Pocasset is looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.

The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs, ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Anchor Bay Pocasset as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.
