The Procurement Transformation Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating complex business process improvements within DaVita's procurement applications as well as our procure-to-pay process. This role sits within the PRISM (Procurement, Risk reduction, Innovation, and Supply Management) department at DaVita. The primary tasks that will be performed in this role involve leading application enhancement or implementation projects, overseeing UAT (end user testing for enhancement efforts), developing and running advanced periodic reports, and driving cross-functional initiatives with external departments and organizations. This position requires a solid understanding of the procure-to-pay process (P2P), significant experience with application support, and highly proficient project management skills. Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion (Financials and Purchasing modules) and eProcurement systems like Coupa is highly preferred. This position also requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a service excellence mindset, and attention to detail.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive)

  • Work cross-functionally and lead initiatives with IT, AP, and vendors to deliver strategic application improvements/enhancements
  • Define and optimize approaches to govern and manage application configurations
  • Support special projects and drive change management initiatives within procurement
  • Provide advanced procurement application support (i.e., online store used by DaVita clinics to purchase their treatment supplies) and act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Create, update, and review job aids and process documents for our applications, establishing best practices
  • Maintain and improve our knowledge base and support repository
  • Mentor and train junior analysts on team processes and systems
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned include but not limited to:
    • Punctual attendance to meetings/calls, and timely completion of trainings
    • Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years related experience in P2P application support, catalog management, or procurement operations
    • Supply Chain and Procurement experience in healthcare or multi-site company is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and Purchasing modules (EBS, Fusion) and/or eProcurement systems (Coupa preferred)
  • Experience with and interest in innovation, process improvement, and new technologies - including AI
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • This position is hybrid in nature and candidates must be able to commute into either the Denver, CO or Irvine, CA office multiple days/week.
