We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial real estate due diligence projects. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects on track—coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management, with exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Support project managers in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Assist in managing project kickoff by gathering and organizing required documentation
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, surveyors, and contractors
• Track deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding items to maintain project momentum
• Provide timely updates on project status, including risks, delays, and key developments
• Help ensure alignment across stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and expectations
• Maintain accurate and well-organized digital project files and documentation
• Review incoming materials for completeness and perform quality checks on deliverables
• Support budget tracking, invoice preparation, and updates within CRM/project management tools
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and client communications
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and project tracking

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
• Exposure to project management tools or CRM systems preferred
• Experience in commercial real estate, due diligence, or related fields is a plus
