Job description

We are looking for friendly, courteous and respectful employees that are customer service focused. Customer service is our top priority for all positions. You must be 16 years old or older. You must be available at least 10 hours per week with Friday, Saturday and Sunday being our busiest days with the most hours available. We will work around your availability however, the more available you are, the more likely we will consider you for employment.
We will begin to reach out to applicants in July to setup interviews. As a reminder, these positions will not begin until September. If you are hired and a change occurs where you are unable to commit to working at Goebbert's Farm starting September 5th through November 1st - we do expect you to reach out to us to let us know.
If you submit your online application and can stop by our job fair, a manager will sit down with you to review your application. We strongly encourage you to attend the Job Fair if possible!
Job Fair Dates:

Fall Festival Hours: 9am-6pm daily
Fall Festival Dates: September 5th - November 1st
Fall Training (Required): Monday, August 31st (New Hire Training) AND Tuesday, September 1st through Thursday, September 3rd (Department Specific Training)
Training is required for all departments - if you cannot attend training, that must be communicated in your application to be considered for a fall position. These available positions are only for seasonal part-time. Our season and your employment will end on November 1st.

Food Service Team Member
Join our fast-paced food service team where no two days are the same! From preparing food and cooking to pouring drinks and serving guests, we're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who thrive in a team setting and love providing excellent customer service. Morning shifts may begin as early as 8AM.
Food Handler Certification required-can be completed online or in person.
Available Hours: Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts available.
Donut Crew Member
Join our morning donut crew and help prepare our fresh donuts by mixing, frying, glazing, and packaging products while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This fast-paced, early morning position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work efficiently as part of a team, and take pride in producing high-quality products for our customers.
Food Handler Certification required-can be completed online or in person
Available Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm
Grounds Crew Member
Help keep our farm beautiful, clean, and safe for all our guests! Grounds Crew members take on important behind-the-scenes tasks like carrying out purchases, loading cars, cleaning picnic areas, refilling supplies, removing trash, and sweeping. This is a hands-on, physical role that takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and requires light to heavy lifting.
Available Hours: After school and weekends.
Attractions Attendant
Be the friendly face of fun! Our Attractions team helps guests enjoy their day by selling tickets, checking for wristbands, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the farm. We're looking for upbeat, outdoor-loving individuals with a can-do attitude and great people skills. This position takes place outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Available Hours: Various shifts available.
Corn Crew (Outdoor Food Service)
If you love the smell of fresh-roasted corn or freshly popped kettle corn and working outdoors, this one's for you! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to help cook and serve corn in a high-energy, guest-facing role. No experience necessary-training is provided. Be ready to work in all weather and lift light to medium loads.
Available Hours: Primarily weekends, with limited weekday shifts.
Security Team
Join our Security Team and help create a safe, welcoming environment for all guests at Goebbert's. This role is perfect for responsible individuals who enjoy being outdoors and staying active. You'll walk the grounds and assist guests while helping ensure safety and fun for all. Applicants must be 21 or older to apply for security.
Available Hours: Primarily weekends, with limited weekday shifts.
Retail Sales Associate & Cashier
Bring your friendly attitude and attention to detail to our retail team! From running a cash register and restocking shelves to keeping things tidy and helping customers find the perfect gift or treat, this job is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment. Must be comfortable working in a semi-outdoor setting and lifting light to moderate items.
Available Hours: Various shifts during the fall season. Limited roles in both our Gift Area and Sweets & Treats Shop.
Parking Lot Crew
Be the first to welcome our guests! As a member of the Parking team, you'll help safely direct traffic and keep things moving smoothly. This is an active, outdoor role that requires standing and walking for extended periods-rain or shine.
