Description

 We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining the bowling lanes, managing league activities, and promoting and selling our diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities using multiple POS systems. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! 

  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Manage lane assignments, parties, reservations, and monitor lane availability.
  • Provide information on bowling leagues, events, and other activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bowling area.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating bowling leagues and tournaments.
  • Handle league registrations, payments, and scheduling.
  • Promote and sell a variety of packages, including bowling, arcade, and other indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Assist guests in selecting the best packages for their needs and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and manage receipts.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to center rules.
  • Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and report them to management.
