Description:

The Sales Coordinator (PT) helps bring group events and celebrations to life by assisting with client communication, and onsite coordination. This role works closely with guests and park teams to keep event details organized, address needs as they arise, and create a fun, seamless, and memorable experience from booking through event completion. This is initially a part-time position with potential for full-time advancement based on performance.

Requirements:
  • Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
  • Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between the Orlando and Kissimmee parks.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be available to work weekends, with flexibility to meet varying scheduling needs.
  • Ability to complete and pass all relevant trainings and certifications.
  • Ability to utilize various computer software’s including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to move around and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.

  • Tolerance of Temperature Fluctuations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates may have previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, or theme park operations.
  • Multilingual communication skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly valued.
