Maintenance Technician
Bryan Properties Group | Springfield, MO
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | On-Call Rotation Required
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our properties safe, attractive, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing service requests and work orders in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Preparing apartments for new residents (turns and make-readies)
  • Maintaining common areas, amenities, and grounds
  • Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
  • Assisting with emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation
  • Working closely with management and residents to provide exceptional customer service
