About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Case Manager to support children, youth, and families involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will provide education, guidance, and connection to community resources while working directly with families in foster and family homes. You will help families build skills that promote safety, stability, and long-term success.
This position offers flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life while meeting client needs, with availability for after-hours crisis response as required. You will receive ongoing support through weekly supervision, training, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
โข Work directly with children, youth, and families in foster and family homes
โข Provide supervised visitation and client transportation as needed
โข Deliver parenting education and life skills training
โข Support substance use education, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment assistance
โข Link families to appropriate community resources and services
โข Respond to after-hours crisis situations as required
โข Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
โข Participate in weekly supervision, training sessions, and team meetings
Requirements
โข One of the following:
โ Bachelorโs or Masterโs Degree, or
โ High School Diploma, GED, or Associateโs Degree with four (4) or more years of full-time casework experience focused on child protection and care
โข Valid Indiana Driverโs License in good standing
โข State-minimum auto insurance
