About the role:
You will manage our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, keeping our systems healthy, secure, and running smoothly for the business. Day-to-day, you will oversee everything from server and identity management to automation, backups, and email security. The ideal candidate is someone who can figure things out, whether that means picking up new technology, navigating an ambiguous problem, or finding a better way to do something.
Key responsibilities:
  • Administer the Microsoft 365 cloud suite of products: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Administer Windows Servers and Active Directory.
  • Administer Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Manage Nutanix hyperconverged clusters.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage DNS and DHCP network services.
  • Support Commvault backup and recovery solution.
  • Manage Mimecast email security.
  • Manage and deploy SSL/TLS certificates.
  • Support Citrix NetScaler and Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and configuration guidelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Assist with additional IT projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support for escalated client issues.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related discipline, or four years of technical work experience will also be accepted.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Regular on-site attendance at the Tulsa office.
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.
  • Available for after-hours work as required by project or maintenance needs.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to present complex technical ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Active Directory Group Policy.
  • Experience with Intune Configuration Policies.
  • Experience with hypervisors such as Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with SAN and NAS storage devices.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Functional knowledge of IP Subnetting and network architecture.
  • Experience working within an ITSM environment.
  • Experience with Linux.
