Award winning State Farm Insurance agency in Reston, VA is looking for driven and energetic individual interested in taking their income and career to the next level! Our Agency is thriving... in response we are growing our team! For the right person with the right personality and skill set, this position offers the potential to become a high performing producer! Please only apply if you have an active Property and Casualty insurance license & Life and Health insurance license. Only candidates that have active insurance licenses and experience will be considered for this role.
This position is focused on customer service and sales. Your responsibilities will include selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:
  • Insurance Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Property and Casualty license
  • Life and Health license
