Job Overview: 
The Project Manager at OpenBox Roofing & Restoration is a key player in our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. In this role, you will manage the entire production process, from the initial staging of materials to the final touches of project completion. You will oversee job sites to ensure high standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety are met consistently. Engaging directly with customers during installations, you will enhance their experience and uphold our reputation for delivering five-star service. This position requires effective communication with our production team and subcontractors to ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and on schedule, embodying the core values and high standards of OpenBox Roofing.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Regular onsite management of projects, including jobsite visits and troubleshooting.
  • Managing communication on job-related topics with subcontractors, production team, and customers.
  • Coordinating material returns to jobs during installation.
  • Ensuring the quality and execution of each project, including compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintaining organized warehouse and inventory control. 
  • Proactively managing orders and materials to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Performing small repairs or fixes as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction or roofing industry, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Valid Indiana driver's license.
  • Strong respectful communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on the objective
  • Attention to detail and passionate commitment to quality work & craftsmanship.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification preferred.
  • Fluent in both english and spanish is a bonus
  • Physically able to safely lift a minimum of 60lbs
