Job description

B&A Precision, a CNC manufacturing company which has been in business for over 50 years manufacturing components for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical industries, is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Operator with the following skill sets:

  1. Applicants will be considered even if they only meet one of the following skills:

    1. Ability operate 2 and 3 axis CNC horizontal lathes.

    2. Ability operate 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines.

  2. Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls.

  3. Familiarity with G-code programming.

  4. Basic ability to read blueprints

    1. A working knowledge of GD&T is desirable.
  5. Competence in the use of various measuring instruments and gages to verify product dimensions.

  6. Willing to work in a team-based environment.

  7. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  8. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

  9. This is a full-time, 1st shift position and pays an competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

  10. U.S. Person Status.
