**Job Summary**

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions and recordkeeping. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices who can ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial health of RollShield LLC.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with GAAP.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to support business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and tax filings.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for financial improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide support in financial analysis to guide business decisions.
