Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate and document patients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to foster informed decision-making.
• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing clinically-proven approaches that respect patient empowerment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
