We offer a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), commuter benefits, dining rewards, and paid time off!

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a beverage program.
  • In-depth beverage knowledge, with particular expertise in wine, and a strong understanding of COGS management, including proven strategies for improving a beverage department's financial performance. Familiarity with how a beverage program contributes to a restaurant's overall P&L.
  • Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented regarding service, beverage, and overall restaurant operations.
  • Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule subject to modification and/or approval by the Service Director or Vice President of Service & Operations.

  • Progress and refine all areas of service in the restaurant; this position will be actively working service up to 5 shifts per week.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including recruiting, hiring and training, 6-month employee reviews, progressive discipline, and any other employee documentation.

  • Progress all aspects of the restaurant’s beverage program, including:
    • Create and follow weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, utilizing these forecasts to execute weekly beverage inventories and orders and maintain up to date order guides.
    • Execute all beverage-related administrative duties (invoice management, physical and digital menu maintenance, correct pricing on menus and in POS system).
