Job description

Providence Infrastructure Consultants currently has an opening for a full-time, Water/ Wastewater Staff Engineer to join our team in Denver. The position is located in the South Denver suburb of Highlands Ranch. This is an excellent and challenging opportunity to join a stable, growing company that supports career enhancement and values mentorship at all levels. Position Function:

  • Responsible for supporting water and wastewater treatment, pipeline and pump station projects involving raw water, treated water, wastewater, and recycled water.
  • Responsible for supporting the design and construction of pipelines, pump stations and treatment facilities.
  • Responsible for supporting the preparation of construction specifications, drawings and construction cost opinions.
  • Coordinate with project managers and project engineers to obtain project permits and approvals.
  • Support construction administration, observation, and documentation when required.
  • Proactively work towards the roles of Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Qualification:

  • 0-4 years of applicable experience.
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; or related field.
  • EIT Certification is desired
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with others to deliver projects as a team.
