Job description

Cement Production Worker - $19/Hr.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Cement Production Worker for our manufacturing client to start at $18-19/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities for the Cement Production Worker:
Assist in the manufacturing of fiber reinforced cement boards, pizza and baking stones.
  • Batch and weigh material
  • Use trowel to smooth out cement
  • Use tools such as table saw, radial arm saw, and nail gun

Location: Orland Park, IL
Schedule/Shift Details for the Cement Production Worker
  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Mon-Fri (start time may vary at times could be 5am or 6am)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with cement helpful
  • Woodworking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good measurement skills

  • IL Paid Leave for All Workers
  • An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
