Cement Production Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.

Work Environment

  • Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
  • Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
