Job description

Warehouse Team Member – Loading & Unloading

Newton, NC | Full-Time | Monday–Friday


We are looking for reliable, motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our team in Newton, NC. No previous warehouse experience? No problem — we provide training!


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and wants the opportunity to increase their weekly earnings through production pay.


First 2 Weeks – Paid Training

  • $15.92 per hour
  • Receive hands-on training on our warehouse procedures, safety practices, and trailer loading and unloading process.
  • Learn how to safely and efficiently complete your assigned work.

After Training – Production Pay

  • Get paid by the load for unloading and loading trailers.
  • Work approximately 30–40 hours per week.
  • Opportunity to earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week, depending on available work, completed loads, and individual productivity.
  • The more work you successfully complete, the greater your earning potential.

Please note: Weekly earnings are based on completed loads, available work, and individual productivity.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overtime and additional shifts may be available depending on business needs.

Sign-On Bonus: $750+

Eligible employees can receive a $750 sign-on bonus:

  • $375 after 60 working days
  • $375 after 90 working days


We're looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn. Your day-to-day work may include:

  • Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Moving boxes, pallets, and freight throughout the warehouse.
  • Using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment after proper training.
  • Working with your team to complete trailer loads safely and on time.
  • Sorting, organizing, and staging products.
  • Following company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Staying productive and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Helping with other warehouse duties as needed.

You don't need years of warehouse experience to apply. We are willing to train candidates who are dependable, motivated, and willing to work hard.
