Position Summary...What you'll do...The Group Director – Fulfillment Innovation, Automation Engineering will lead the future of autonomous transport and delivery at Walmart. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution driving the roadmap for drones and autonomous vehicles that redefine last-mile delivery and transport across fulfillment operations. This role is at the heart of Walmart’s transformation, blending cutting-edge technology with operational scale to deliver unparalleled convenience for millions of customers. This exciting opportunity will put you at the forefront of autonomy in retail logistics, shaping industry standards and influencing global innovation. You’ll work closely with Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery team, Fulfillment Transformation, Tech & Product teams, Supply Chain Operations, and external technology partners to bring bold ideas to life. The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $370,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
