• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, including intake interviews and symptom evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized methodologies.

• Offer regular therapy sessions through online video platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss their concerns.

• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately and efficiently to maintain compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and peer supervision.

• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals to share insights, strategies, and best practices that enhance client care.

You will be serving a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and commitment to individualized care will be essential in helping clients navigate their emotional journeys and achieve lasting improvement in their well-being.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adult clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health issues.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as familiarity with other evidence-based practices.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not required.

• Strong writing skills for documenting client interactions and treatment progress effectively.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which is supplemented by a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
