Who You Are:

Versar is seeking a full-time Protocol Specialist.

*This position is contingent upon award.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate distinguished visitor tours and itineraries
• Manage ceremonies, awards, and command events
• Support executive meetings and conference room operations
• Prepare scripts, programs, and briefing materials
• Escort guests and coordinate transportation
• Maintain command briefing materials
• Support public affairs and recognition events

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years protocol, event planning, or executive support experience
• Experience with protocol and event coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as required
• Ability to obtain Military/DoD Protocol Specialist certification within 12 months
• Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
• Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military or DHS protocol experience
• Executive administrative support experience
• Public affairs support background

Compensation

Expected Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Versar Global Solutions provides the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location. Location Requirements

The position will be primarily working onsite at Elizabeth City, NC.
