Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are met
  • Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods
  • Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials
  • Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines
  • Training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
  • Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work
  • Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed
  • Submit daily reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or needed / missing materials

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of installation methods with raw land construction, tower foundations, rebar installation, site layouts, road construction, conduit installation, and ground rings
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to operate mini-x, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as needed
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the schedule set forth
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety procedures
  • High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
  • Must be in good physical condition
  • Ability to travel away from home, including weekends
  • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
