Full-time union jobs are positions where employees work a standard full-time schedule, typically around 35-40 hours per week, and are represented by a labor union. These jobs provide employees with collective bargaining power to negotiate wages, benefits, and working conditions. Full-time union jobs can be found in various industries, including manufacturing, education, healthcare, and public services.

What are some common challenges faced by employees in full-time union positions, and how are they typically addressed?
