Job description

Alexandria Moulding an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a 2nd Shift General Crew member to join our VALUES based organization to support daily warehouse and production operations by safely handling, moving, and preparing building materials. This role requires operating tugger vehicles and forklifts, as well as performing tasks such as banding, wrapping, taping, and staging products to ensure accurate and timely workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Equipment Operation
  • Safely operate a tugger to pull carts, move product, and transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, stack, and move building materials.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and report any equipment concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocols related to powered industrial vehicles.

Product Preparation
  • Band, wrap, tape, and secure product according to company standards.
  • Assist with staging materials for production or outbound shipments.
  • Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment as needed.

Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and replenishments.
  • Follow daily assignments from supervisors or leads to support overall workflow.

Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Immediately report safety hazards, near misses, or equipment issues.
  • Participate in safety training and refreshers as required.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating a tugger or forklift preferred (training available).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks efficiently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to assist across different areas as needed.

Starting pay rate: $17.36/HR plus shift differential
Shift Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Incentive Opportunity: Earn up to an additional $6.00/hour through performance-based picking incentives
