Design Tree Maintenance is currently seeking a full-time Tree Climber Team Lead to join our crew in Phoenix, AZ. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who is ready to take charge of daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality service. THE TYPE OF LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience on a tree crew
  • 2+ years of experience as a Foreman
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Being an ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus!
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR TREE CLIMBER TEAM LEAD
This is a full-time role. Hours are 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility depending on job requirements.
In this position, you'll lead a team of professionals, ensuring smooth and safe operations. You'll plan daily tasks, perform expert trimming and removal, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication. As a mentor, you'll train your crew while maintaining equipment and enforcing safety protocols, all while delivering exceptional results.
