Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a Dispatcher
  • Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency

  • Schedule appointments and make sure they land in the right place at the right time

  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day on updates and changes

  • Prep appointments and send customer reminders

  • Audit accounts for accuracy and update as needed

  • Open up route availability to bring on new customers

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
You don't need pest control experience -we'll train you. The right mindset is what matters most. This is a Full-Time (40 hours/week) in office position with a 6-month commitment.
