First Team Toyota has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Full-Time Service Porter! 8am-5pm shift!

Summary: Support Sales and Service Department operations by cleaning and detailing New and Pre-Owned Vehicles and Service Vehicles. Maintain the New and Pre-Owned inventory. Hours are from 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays.

Essential Duties:

- Meet and greet all Service Customers as they pull into the lane.

- Assist Service Advisors in assisting Customers.

- Move Customer Vehicles back into Service Parking.

- Keep Service Lane area neat and clean.

- Use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Attend all Dealership and Service Department meetings when requested.

- Provide exceptional Customer Service.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Adherence to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.
  • Maintains a professional clean and pressed business appearance.
  • Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.


Qualifications:

  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.


Working Conditions:

This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
