Job Summary
This position is responsible for a variety of duties, ranging from clerical to highly complex, relating to the research, organization and verification of property ownership, location, valuation and taxation data through deeds and other recorded documentation. Accurately and timely transfers title on all property sales and transactions not requiring a reconfiguration of land. Processes senior and veteran property tax exemption applications. Assists with assessment and appraisal projects. Provides accurate information and assistance to the public.
Pay Rate
The hourly range is from $23.03 to $26.23 depending on experience, plus full benefits.
This position is 35 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.
  • The following courses must be taken within the first two years of employment:
    • Introduction to Assessment
    • Basic Title Conveyance
    • Advanced Title Conveyance
    • Ownership, Legal Description & Mapping
    • Manufactured Homes

Qualifications/Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferable.
