Job description

Transform Amazon's transportation infrastructure by developing innovative solutions that reshape how we manage yards, gates, and operational processes. As a strategic product leader, you'll drive technological advancements that optimize efficiency and safety across our complex transportation network.
The person in this role will own the product definition and operational mechanisms for TOM's planning and operations portfolio. This includes identifying automation opportunities within yard management workflows, crafting product requirements for new capabilities, defining stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities, and building mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and tracking of product requests. You will establish data visualization and reporting that drives operational decision-making across planning horizons.
You will also own end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across TOM. This includes gathering business and systems requirements, writing technical specifications, driving delivery schedules, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams to develop optimal solutions. You will make appropriate tradeoffs, remove blockers, and communicate goals and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
